Our customers are awesome. Really, I’m not just saying that because you’re one of them 🙂 And nearly all of them love us for the value we offer. But all of them are under pressure from above to keep expenses down and save money where feasible. I totally understand.
But that doesn’t mean I don’t get occasionally annoyed when I hear “I found that cheaper online”. But after I calm down, I’m pretty sympathetic. If we don’t do a good job of making our value proposition clear, I shouldn’t get upset when someone is interested in a possible better value. So here’s my attempt at pointing out some differences between King and online suppliers;

PIECE OF MIND. If you’ve been a part of the King family for more than a few months, you know that we always deliver on time, and always provide a quality product. We let you move onto your next task without losing any sleep over what you handed off to us.

TIME. Saving time is a close 2nd (and 3rd) to piece of mind. Every day, you have a list of 100 things to do, and time to do 5 (if you’re lucky). Our familiarity with you and your history allows us to get what we need from you in the shortest time possible. And we’re happy to do all the research legwork for you.

EXPERTISE. We know you and your industry. We know what you like (and often what you don’t). And our team is 100% trained, professional and just plain nice; we all know what we’re doing.

BRAND CONSISTENCY. Having your brand (logo, color scheme, and general tone of voice) delivered consistently is a really important part of getting the most bang from your communication buck. If you save $100 buying something from another supplier, but the look-and-feel is different, you could hurt your overall messaging efforts by a much bigger number.
Not everyone values what we bring to the table. But fortunately many do. My team and I strive hard to make sure we’re always offering awesome products, caring service, creative ideas, and the best possible value for you!
