Staying top-of-mind with your audience is a difficult task, especially in today’s all-digital, all-the-time environment. Often, going against the grain gets noticed and remembered.  This old-school hard-copy newsletter tells amazing stories once every 3 months, and it gets read religiously.  I mean, come on, who does snail-mail newsletters any more? Because of that, these messages get noticed.
